How does this differ from the Johnson set?

It's magnetic like Eddie Gibson's "Coin Unique".
Johnson's is not magnetic!

The magnetic Scotch and Soda works exactly like a regular one, except that it can be reset instantly, effortlessly, and silently. Which means if you're doing walkaround, you can do it more than once every other hour.

It can not be minutely examined like Scotch & Soda. The in...t turns.

The turning could make another effect! Watch as I melt this coin with my brain. *Stare at the coin for five minutes* Oh, I've been melting my brain with the coin.....uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu...oh yea, lemme try again. *Stare at coin and start to rub. The two halfs start strangly moving. Throw in a bobo switch and hand it out.

How is this magnetic scotch and soda different from the "miracle coin," if anyon knows?

Thanks,

Good choice mate. Scotch and soda is the best.

If you use my method, there is no "re-set." And the coins are totally examinable both at the start and at the finish.

What is your "method" that requires no resetting?
and totally examinable before and after.

Are you referring to the normal SS, or the magnetic? or non-gaffed method?

Thanks

Has anyone ever heard of a bang ring? Why is that such a reset issue. I like the locking version because everyone always wants to look at the coins when I perform.

I am also suspect of cheap gaffed coins like Sasco. Johnson are the standard and Lassen's are the best.

I'll stick with the old version.

I have the magnetic version and very much prefer Johnson's Locking version or a non-gimmicked version.

The Precision Magic Magnetic Scotch & Soda was built with several goals in mind, to be competitively priced with other brand name coin sets so that Magicians World Wide could afford our product. Our second goals was to offer a different set of rules for this effect. Yes, our coins are different than other sets but, comparing our product to theirs, dollar for dollar, I believe you will find that our coins are consistent in their machining and workability as we use the most advanced technology that is available on any market today. The question should be, is this coin set the best I can get for the amount of money I have to spend? If you have unlimited funds then the handtooled coin sets may be right for you. By the way Bill Palmers no gimmick Scotch & Soda is terriffic.

Bill,

I'm very interested in seeing your Scotch & Soda routine. You have a manuscript available? If not, you need to do one buddy.
