As well as being one of the best known commercial workers on the magic scene in England, Jon is one of their most creative magicians as well. With his heroes including Eddie Izzard and Robin Williams, you know Jon looks at life differently to most!
He came to prominence in the magic world in 1995 when he won the IBM close-up competition in Oakland. Further awards and accolades followed. Last year he took his place alongside the world's best, being invited to lecture at FISM. He has also lectured around the world in the USA, Europe and Australia Jon started magic at the tender age of 9 and the interest turned to a hobby and then to a career. He turned professional in 1988 and has been enjoying lucrative work in the private and public sector ever since. Jon has released some of the most talked about effects in recent times. Double Back is now considered a modern classic and his Destination Box is seen as the best version of 'Card to Box' ever created. Jon is also well known for playing second fiddle to a little yellow puppet called Benson who performs one of the funniest card routines you will ever see. To see what and how Jon performs for real people in the real world, check out his video Spectator’s Don’t Exist.
