You can get more cards out of it, and I find doing what I call the "cross over" using your leg inside your pocket as one lean, and your inside palm as the other to be a waste of time. To be honest, if any of you have ever read my previous posts about my take on the Pyro perception gimmick you will know that none of this is necessary and you can get all possible cards out of every gimmick without the fumbling in the pockets!
