Dear Derren,
It is fantastic having you here…Thank you!
Recently I read a book written by a famous mentalist, which at the end had a chapter
about one of the “world’s greatest and most dangerous illusions” as he put it…
Among other things in this small chapter he says: “…but what you Do or do NOT DO is NOT WHO you are or WHAT you are…What we do does not mean that this is who we are. The illusion that what we do IS who we are, is a very dangerous illusion. This false notion can literally dis-enchant performers (and others) to the point of suicide. One is a job. The other is your life. There is a difference believe it or not. Don’t be lost in your job that you think it all that you are…”
What do you think about these ideas?…Is this really one of the most dangerous illusions?

Thank you!
