Just heard from another site that last night (14th Dec) Pete McCahon (www.McCahon.co.uk and http://www.NMPManagement.co.uk for a video) passed away. From what I understand he had been in hospital.

That's terrible, I never saw the man work but I just looked at his website. He couldn't have been very old. Sad to see.

For those of you who don't know, Pete was 'Papa' from 'Monkey Magic'. I only met him once at 'The Magic Circle' as he was competing in 'The Stage Magician of the Year Competition'. He was a gentleman. He was also a very funny and talented magician, he will be sadly missed,

I am a member of the Young Magician's Club and was shocked to hear about Peter's death. His death wasn't even mentioned at the last meeting or in the latest edition of our magazine! I think its terrible. We will miss Peter very much.
