Hi again Dave.
One last question before you leave, but please come back again! Did you ever get the chance to spend time with Michael Skinner? Specially in his prime? When I watch the videos put out by houdini magic I cant help feel like a little child again. He had a touch with any kind of small objects that I have never seen before, and doubt I ever will. Specially with cards. Oh man, he was the greatest sleight of hand magician ever...IMHO.. Not only that, but he seemed like a gentleman like no other. I wish I could have met him, when he was in his prime and healthy. RIP Michael Skinner. Please share any fond memories you might have had with Michael Skinner. Thanks again, Daniel |

You are right , he was a gentleman. I spent some time with him in Las Vagas. I've never seen anyone present close up magic the way he did. His technique was perfect and he had so many great little touches.
There are people here who I'm sure knew him well and could give you more detailed descriptions of what he did. To me it was magic! A great magician...I came away thinking "I've just met one of the masters." |
