Nice review.
With most reviews I fall asleep half way during the review because most reviews are dreadfully long and go on and on on small things that most people realy don't even care about.
Yours was quick and to the point.

If I could give you some tips I would say that it would be nice to mention the level of the routine and to get the soundlevel constant (the parts with your voice where low on soundlevel and the other parts where high on soundlevel).
