What is the diameter of your tube? The balloon should be that diameter or a bit larger.

I guess my question was too difficult to answer. It requires a ruler or measuring tape. Reading is fundamental. On my earlier post (the one with the photo of me killing a balloon) there is a link to a balloon specialist merchant. They have every size balloon imaginable, but you'll have to read to find the one that matches your measurements. Or e-mail them.
No wonder I'm grumpy.
