We had a friend of mine scheduled to teach this Sunday but due to a serious family emergency he had to cancel. My pastor asked me to teach in the main church for both services. I have been teaching Sunday school for over 30 years and never had a pastor ever ask me to give a message. I have prepared a message that will give them a flavor of Sunday school and give them a message. As I look back over the years I have never had a current pastor ever see what I do. Just pray that I am an effective calm presenter of the message.

Prayer works, no nervousness at all. Preach two services. All went well but I am tired. I can cross that off my bucket list. Thanks all.

I loved that you helped the congregation know about the FCM and it's purpose. It helped set you up so the audience understood what you would be doing.

Anyone every heard of Orthodox Christianity? You guys should look into it!
