I'll never forget the first time I saw Mr. Cornelius perform Fickle Nickel. This is really a killer close-up effect. I use to perform this effect all the time back in the 80's while behind the bar. Angles were sometimes a problem, but most of the time in a dark bar, it worked out fine. The IT wasn't a problem since I didn't use a s...d nickel. The hook up was also easy and allowed me to pour drinks all night and never be concerned about something breaking. I simply removed the nickel from my front shirt pocket and went directly into the effect. Of course the slower you perform this effect and the more build up you give it, the more impossible it will appear.
