At first it sounded a lot like Roy Walton's Animal Magic, but reading the requirements it looks more like an old routine, the name of which unfortunately escapes me at the moment (although it was discussed on the Genii board last year, if I recall). I think I was shown it by Al Woodrow in Davenports in 86/7.
Take care, Ian |

Just got it yesterday. It's pretty easy to do. You need to remember the sequence but that comes quickly. I'm going to "test drive" it tonight in a walk-around gig.

Hi there,
that effect reminds me of an effect called "Surprising Color Twist", which I bought in a magic shop in Vienna two decades ago, and from the description and requirements on trickshop.com alone, I'd think, it'd be the one. And yes, Suprising Color Twist also uses two moves, which I'd rather not post here. Ian: maybe you're correct, time-wise. Two decades does seem fit. Just my 2 € cents, Stephan |

Well, I've performed it a few times now and I like it. It's not a knock-out, but it's strong, done entirely in the hands, and can be instantly reset if you're prepared to accept varying orders of the cards twisting.
All in all, a good addition to a strolling repertoire. |
