1 more thing...after sharing this string with my wife, she was comforted to know that she's probably not the only one saying night after night...day after day..."Is it really necessary to bang those cups with that wand every time you practice ?"

Friday was like an early Christmas. I received a box from Jake at RNTII. In it were four sets of cups. RNTII PF cups and PF mini cups in Antique Bronze. Very nice. Also a set of RNTII PF Copper Chick cups. These are real workers. And to top it all off, a set of Danny Dew Paul Fox Copper Cups!
To say I am stoked is an understatement. With the acquisition of the DD/PF cups I'm hoping to swear off buying any more cups. No more. None. Unless someone has a Stillwell engraved brass Hindu chop cup for sale (PM me ASAP). |

LOL Mitch, oh Mitch, wait till you see the Squatty II cups in copper when I post the pictures in the morning. They look a lot different in copper then dull aluminum.
We'll keep you addicted one way or another!

Oh man! I'm still small time. I'm getting my fix only one set of cups at a time in a box. Getting 4 sets, does that make you want to buy like another 4 sets right away?

Okay, so I said no more cups and I meant it. I really did. Then I went and ordered a set of the PF Brass Chick cups from Jake. They arrived yesterday and are beautiful. And what a great chime you get when you whack them with a wand. And now that's it. Really. No more cups for me. (yea, right)

Mitch, thanks for the nice words on the brass chick cups. I can fully appreciate the fact that you have made a decision not to buy any further cups. I for one feel horrible now tempting your decision with the release of Mini Paul Fox Combo cups, so I will certainly not mention that they will also be in limited number in Titanium in 2007, that would just be unfair to you.

Okay, the addiction/affliction continues, and I'm happy to say Jake is my main supplier...of C&Bs.
I just received my set of PF Chick Cups, and I'm a happy man. These cups are great, nice and heavy. The green balls he supplied are awesome, and did I mention I'm just so darned happy!? Wow!!! They just feel so good in the hand! Thanks, Jake!

I'm becoming an adict. not collecting, but watching. I search google video, youtube, and myspace videos for diferent C&B routines. I would kill to still have my old tape of ricky jay and his 52 assistants. anyone out there have this on vhs?

You can occasionally find it on eBay. "Apparently" they guy who regularly sells them has a stock of the actual HBO DVD's that were available for sale for a while. I have heard from others they are just copies of the same-old copies that have been floating around though. Better than nothing if you really want it again. It is a great show. Ive watched my copy countless times.

Actually, these DVD's are unauthorized copies. The fellow who was selling them has been prosecuted by a number of people.

I to am in love with the Cups and balls.My first set of Bazaar cups were aluminium and now are now gold plated .
I now use a brass set from the same company and the gold set sits on display in my magic room with pool balls atop.
