Does anyone have this illusion? Basically, spec sees a coin in a small crystal ball and when the ball is held above their hand, the coin falls from the coin.
See here I'd like to purchase one, but would like to get some feedback about it before doing so. |

Interesting, I wasn't aware of this.
It's got to be an application of the popular effect wherein a selected card is revealed in the crystal ball. (See the Doc Eason issue of the Magic Arts Journal) But the application to producing coins is very cool. There are very few ways to produce coins at the beginning of a routine that are also intrigueing and funny. This one could be. Tell the audience you're a fortune teller in training. You see they'll be coming into a "small fortune" in the near future (this is a Gary Kurtz line) produce the quarter or half with the explanation, "well, small ball, small fortune". I'd get it, if that sort of thing fits you. Just don't go and make a card trick out of it.
Is THAT a PALMS OF STEEL 5 Banner I see? YARRRRGH! Please visit The Magic Bakery
