How big are you talking about? I you are using 36-inch silks, a regular Square Circle should do it. If you are talking 6-foot silks, you will need a Jumbo Square Circle, Kuma Tubes, or something like that.

About 36" and some are larger than that. Maybe I could make a square circle, how about a quick production? Is there an item that I could use for a fast production?
thanks!

It depends on your show, but from the (Improved) THIS, I get sixteen 24" silks and another load (rope and shears). The load capacity is well over a liter and you can work surrounded with minimal body blocking during the "count".
From the chart at the top of this topic, you will see that sixteen 24" silks takes a little more space than seven 36" silks. Bob Sanders Magic By Sander |

There are many ways this can be done, including body and table steals. See Rice's seminal work on silk magic. If you don't get ideas from that, well...
Off the cuff: Roll up a piece of newspaper or other paper for an instant phanto tube. If colors are the same, iron them together and do split silk (Gen Grant). Check out using a hank ball or palmo. It goes on from there. Good luck. I know it hard sometimes to come up with something that fits your act and what you can do. B

Instead of doing the dye tube, where you push in a (for example) white silk and blow out a red one, you might consider a size transformation instead. You start with a small 12 inch silk and a piece of construction paper. Roll the paper into a tube, push in the 12 inch silk and then put the tube up to your mouth and blow out the large version of it. If all of your large silks are different from one another, this could be repeated as a running gag, collecting the large silks on a stand. Then as a grand finale, put the large silks into a tube that looks like a canon and set off a flash pot, transforming the large silks into a six foot or larger silk.

I have and use a regular sized square circle (maybe a bit on the smaller size compared to some others I've seen) from Mel Babcock, and it can hold about a dozen 36" silks, plus one 72" silk.
I also have a drawer box, which can hold a ten 36" silks, twenty 18" silks, and a 6"x60' streamer, as well as 200' of beads. So, a lot can fit in a small space. Make it magical! You don't have to pull large silks out of your suitcase, you can produce them magically. - Donald P.S. Other props that can hold a fair-sized load are some genii or phantom tubes, the crystal silk cylinder, some change bags, the dove pan, etc.
