Hey all,
I would to ask for your opinion: Is there a reason for not making the Mind Power Deck with blue-backed cards? Why only reds? Or maybe there is a blue-backed MPD, but it's just that I didn't find one? Thanks a lot, Jonathan. |

They do have them in red.
Are you talking about John Kennedy?
Ask me about Dan Harlan's Jam Sessions!

It is not available in blue.
But why do you want that? In any phase of the performance, there is no need to show the backs! Before it was made on Bicycle stock, people just added the Bicycle Jokers and put the deck into a Bicycle card case - voila, they had a Bicycle Mind Power Deck! Nowadays it is available with real USPCC Bicycle cards, but only in red - it could have been Tally-Ho backs in green, or even rainbow backs. Whenever I perform it, I show the cards as a pack (back side shortly shown), and people have to look at the faces. Be happy that the deck is now USPCC quality, and don't care for the color of the backs. Just my 2 Euro cent...

I would have also preferred the deck to be a blue back, but that's only my preference; not so much a biggie, but I am grateful it is of Bicycle quality, again for preference only. There would be no difference blue, red, or black back, but I can understand why one would prefer one back color than the other.

Red decks are sold more often than blues, so they are more common.

I still need to buy the new bicycle version, I still have the old school version. It is one of my all time favorite tricks.
