Anyone have a lead on where to obtain quantities of printed (not split) multiple index cards?

Not sure if it is still available, but a few years back there was a sheet with multiple card indices printed on it and it was called I believe, a Fako Sheet. You would rub off the original indice with very fine steel wool and put whatever you wanted on the card...

I never tried the Fako sheets but nice to see that they still exist. I thought that they were not available any longer.
