Hi Guys,
We are having the forum updated within the next 2 weeks. Sorry I've been filming loads of new projects since Christmas. As far as the upgrade goes no need to send your old one back. Just call the shop to place your order. you will be asked one question that only Assassin owners should know and as long as you get that right you can purchase the New Assassin for £60.00. As Chris mentioned the upgrade price does not include the DVD's as they are the same as the original Assassin. We are taking pre-orders now! Best Regards Peter |

As long as you know my complete family history you should not have a problem answering the question:)

Where/how to get the upgrade pre-order? I visit the old site (stealthassassin.com) but there is no information.

Am planning a routine with the Stealth for an upcoming trade show. It deals with security. I'm trying to make the point that people are WAYYY too trusting. The routine (I think) will go like this:
I ask someone to give me their wallet. I can usually find someone who will do this. I take out a credit card? Debit or Credit? I ask them. Find a debit card. Take it. Toss their wallet back and slip their card into the stealth section covering the peek area. Then I ask them for their PIN. "OK, I'm sure you don't want to blurt it out, so just write it on the back of my biz card. If you feel nervous, you can change one of the numbers" I mean, heck, I already GOT your card. I'm sure I can do plenty of damage already..." Card goes into my wallet. I tell them to imagine they're in a dicey neighborhood. they need cash. they see an atm. Imagine walking over to it, removing your card ... nervously (I play act this as I'm describing it ... get my peek) I mime putting card in ATM ... then enter (I pick up a dry erase board and write the number I am "receiving"), put board face down .... Ask spectator his number. Reveal board. It matches what I've written. My question is this? By going to the wallet a total of three times, am I putting too much heat on it? Or does the story/action cover this? Would love your thoughts. Might try it a few different ways to see how it plays best. thanks, bronx |

Hi Bronx,
I would not use thier pin at all. I do a rotine that is almost the same. I ask the spec for there card which is palce on the table. I then hand them one of my business cards to write an imaginary pin number down. This is now plced in the SUC side of the Assassin and peeked as it is popped in my inside pocket. I tell to the spect to imagine punching the pin number into an ATM. I write the numbers on a big pad, ask them to call out the number and reveal! There is no need at all to go to the Assassin more than once. I hope that makes sense. Sincerely Peter |

Thanks Peter,
I might try that as well. The difficulty is that I am on a small riser and often TOTALLY surrounded at these trade shows. Getting the peak from the 'other' side of the wallet is safer, but admittedly does require a second peek. Might be worth giving your approach a shot though. Best, Bronx |

I am incredibly lucky to have bought one of these in the shop today and must say the added features really do add to the wallet. A must have for anyone who uses peek wallets, or for those that already own it. Still in top quality leather, and 2 superb additions that though are only small, really do make it so much better. I love this wallet so much, don't miss this!

Peter,
Thanks for your advice. I'm getting a bit more confident in close quarters with the SUC side of the wallet. Did a card routine recently at a trade show that played very well. After a number of card tricks involving one force or another, I offered the deck to a spectator saying I didn't want to even touch it. Told her to go through the deck and choose a card she liked. She handed me the card, I slipped it into the SUC section, did the dirty work, talked a bit about my client's technology, then picked up a dry erase board and proceeded to 'draw' her thoughts as she gazed deeply into my eyes. She was pretty attractive, so the first thing I drew was a wedding ring .... erased that ... than sketched her card. Great reaction. Great wallet. I am now using it as my daily wallet. And I'm very happy that the new version has stitched magnets. Turns out body heat softens up the glue pretty quickly. I'll be ordering the new one as soon as time and finances allow. take care, b |

Re the magnets, does anyone know how they can be replaced on the old, non-stitched wallet. One of mine fell off and is lost, and I've gone to a couple of hardware stores looking for a similar replacement but haven't found one yet.

When mine fell off I went to a hobby store and got some magnetic paper (paper on a magnetic backing) peel off the paper and a thin magnet was left.. or just find any flexible magnet type material from a craft hobby store

I'm also very interested in the release of the new version. I've been holding off on buying one until this improvement was out.
