All of the above are excellent. Don't forget Bradbury books - they have regular e-mails, a reverse auction on titles and an excellent service.

H&R, Madhatter Magic, and Hocus Pocus are excellent. Their prices and service are fantastic. H&R has some of those hard to find things. Madhatter will beat others prices. Some of those listed above don't have secure websites. I would not recommend anyone without a secure website. Identity theft is a big issue with me.

I have done business with Dennis Loomis and he has a huge (discount) book and DVD selection with fast, efficient service at:

Don't order from Hocus Pocus if you're in Canada: shipping rates are very expensive! I was charged about 35% extra for shipping on a number of occasions, until I finally got smart.
I like LLPUB and MJM.

I have never seen such impeccable service as that from H & R Magic Books and Richard Hatch.
That, plus the incredible real-time inventory, makes them the first place I go to. My hat off to them! They have earned my complete trust. |

I just bought a few things from Midwest Magic (https://www.midwestmagic.net/shop) and I have to say the service and selection was incredible. Tim Felix was very helpful and sent my order out right away. I will definitely use them again.

I second H&R. And I second Joyalstack (good used book selection, as well as new).

I think Magic Depot (www.magic.org) offers free international shipping with any order over $40, but I haven't purchased anything from them yet.

I can't say more than enough about H & R Magic Books (www.magicbookshop.com). They have a real time inventory and have impeccable customer service. They are also one of the only places I allow to carry my product line - if you know me, you know how picky I am about that sort of thing.

Where We Ship: The Magic Depot has a global cast of customers, but we do not ship to every country. Some locations, like Nigeria, have record high credit card fraud. We do not ship to any location that has a 60% or higher fraud rate. We only ship to the locations listed on our “Create Account” page. If your country isn’t listed in the drop-down box, we cannot ship you any magic! |

I fully agree. I used Hank Lee once and will never again. My order arrived, but $50 US more expensive than on the invoice. Was told there was some additional charges that needed to be added later on. Yeah, thanks for letting me know guys! I don't know how some of these places manage to do any business. My vote goes to elmagicshop.com, magicbookshop.com or daytonamagic.com. Or if you're in Australia, themagicstore.com.au -- Topher |

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this but don't forget about Ebay. If you can't find it anywhere else - you may find it there.
