Get Bang On instead, that way you will never miss the named card.

Dodge, are you referring to Heirloom or Heirloom Wallet? They are both quite different. One is an effect, the latter a utility device, which can be used to accomplish the effect. They are not bundled together, as far as my last purchase went. If you want more info, do PM me.

I also recommend buying Heirloom AND the Heirloom Wallet. I never carried a wallet (for my entire life, and I'm 44), so I needed a wallet capable of holding all the necessary goodies for this effect!

I've been trying to sell my heirloom and wallet (only because I'm female and carrying a man's wallet doesn't suit me) but it's a good effect, I just can't find a wallet that I would like to keep the effect in,

I recently got Heirloom, the bonus pack and I've ordered the Heirloom wallet. The basic effect is great, but in my view, it relies on a bit of presentation. It's a great effect where you've got folks' attention (as opposed to a strolling venue).
It's based on Kenton Knepper's "Kolossal Killer". KK absolutely "kills" in any setting and appears much more impromptu (imho) than Heirloom. So, if you're interested in trying out and investing in Heirloom, my advice would be to first purchase Knepper's original Kolossal Killer manuscript and see what it does for you. Have fun whichever way you go - you can't go wrong on these effects.

I use the "Heirloom" effect that Harry Anderson taught me, he recommended it over the (slightly long) effect that is in the instructions. It's the same way he presented it on that long-forgotten TV show (wasn't it called) Mondo Magic...the first episode. Are those available anywhere?

David Regal fried me with Heirloom long before it was officially released. He hit the card dead on which made it all the more spectacular.
If you want a nice carry round effect get this with the Heirloom wallet. |

Personally, I prefer the Time Warp wallet from Tony Curtis in which to carry Heirloom. It's got the exact same hidden pockets, BUT... it doesn't have an inner snap, making it much THINNER, and the quality of the leather is finer, IMHO.
(I have a Time Warp wallet for sale, along with Kolossal Killer Bicycle cards from Kenton Knepper, Kolossal Killer instruction book, Time Warp trick, Kolossal Killer special black envelopes, and Killer Konceptions-- variations on Kolossal Killer-- up for sale on "Tricks and Effects".) |

I think you might be thinking of David's wonderful routine (I think it is called) Baffling Prediction. (At least that is what it was referred to as on the Hit the Road DVD.) Pure Genius is what I call it. Tony |

I think you might be right. I'm sure I remember there being a photograph in there somewhere though?!? Just goes to show that the effect that is remembered can be very different than the one performed. David, you should try Heirloom out. With your storytelling skills I think you could turn the trick into a piece of pure art. Look forward to catching up soon. Mike |

The new Heirloom wallet does not have the snap shut inside just the older version had this. Regards Peter |
