Well, first off, it is published by Stephen Minch's Hermetic Press, which sets the industry standard for quality content and format at a reasonable price. For some, that is all they need know to justify the purchase of the book. If you need more information, it is, as the name implies, a compilation of numerous plots and methods for magic involving eggs. In my library it sits on the same shelf as the Rice Encyclopedias of Silk Magic and Abbott's Encyclopediaa of Rope Magic. I consider it a useful reference work, like the others. Well researched, well illustrated, produced to the usual high Hermetic standards, if you have an interest in magic with eggs, you should have this!

Hi, I got the book too, and I've to agree with Richard. It's a book that should be in your library even if you don't do anything with eggs for the moment. And it's a beautiful book also. Jan

Well, let's make it unanimous here... Very nicely produced..and I do not think thre is anything left out for the most part in this book. If it has anything to do with an egg..it is pretty much in here.
from tricks.. to routines..how to make your own egg skins.. this book has it all. A great book for reference (as mentioned above) even if you are not planning to do any egg magic now. When you do want to..it will be there for you. My only wish for this book..would be that I wish it were in something but the odd size it is.. Just doesn't sit right in my bookcase. (is that even a complaint??) Great book!! a definite "get it" here too.

I saw this title and was fascinated by it. Something about eggs and magic together is very appealing. Thanks for the great reviews....now I have more impetus to add it to my library.
Did you know there's a guy living in our closet?

This thread intrigued me enough to buy the book. I bought it from Dan Bradbury of Bradbury Books and Beyond, a great new and used magic book source by the way.
It just arrived today, and I am about to open it for the first time. Regards, Mark ================================ Check them out, you'll be glad you did!! How many pages on egg-from-mouth, or other multiple (non-billiard ball) type productions?
