Very nice!
I note with great interest that the article is written by Harry Hurt. He won't even have to change his name to do a great act! It's all about empowerment, a great message in today's world. Yours, Paul |

Great article Todd. Much better than the way I see sideshow normally portrayed in the media. It had a nice feel to it, and you really get a feel for the writers sense of accomplishment.
You must have really impressed him. Thanks for being a great reperesentative of the art! Gwyd |

All in all, this piece really means very little. We have more than enough students coming to the school.
I originally turned down the request to do this story. I let the writer know that I have no use for the NY Times. They have NEVER written anything supportive of the sideshow. They seem to consider it worthy of contempt and fodder for ridicule. The writer assured me that what he does is not of this slant and the piece would be done with respect. The end result was better than it could have been. |

Yeah, so the video itself was pretty interesting but how about the ending. A bit early with the removal? lol Great stuff, though.

Great segment! It was positive, respectful, and fun!
Even the ending, he may not have meant to do what he did but he stayed calm and it looked cool (gotta love the background noises of worry) And I agree, his name would make a good stage name. Good job Todd! Wooing one media player at a time...

Speaking as someone who was there (I'm the one in the neon-green shirt). I can totally agree that it did turn out much better than it could have, and much better that I thought it might.
Todd, thanks for your professionalism and patience. Michael (very recent graduate of Sideshow School) |

Speaking of Coney Island, will anybody be around this Wednedsay (1st Aug)? I'm hopping across the pond so will be in the area and am planning to drop by. It would be great to meet anyone who might be about!

During the week they begin at 2. The last show is usually AROUND 7ish, ending roughly 8ish give or take. Closing hours vary so it's a safe bet to get there before 6. Unless it's raining. Then it might close earlier.
I filled in for Donny V. for three days last week as the inside talker. It's tough work but I had a great time. I'm having bloodwork done to test for sawdust...so far results only show Coney Island Lager and cotton candy... Tim, the weather is supposed to be really nice on Wednesday. Beach weather. Hot and sunny. Enjoy your day. |

Yeah, I had my blood tested after my WoW stint, I had porta-jon water and general filth in mine.
