Hi everyone!
So.. Just got back from my... honeymoooon... Yes I'm a married man now (gosh...) Anyway... I spent my honeymoon in the United States (I do live in Switzerland, I'm Italian though). Was an exciting experience. We had a rental car and went down the West Coast (California), from San Francisco to San Diego in about 14 days (I loved highway 1.. and my sat navigation), and finally spent another 4 days in ... Laaas Veegaas... was just awesome!! We went to see a show called "Mesmerized" by Marc Savard... and basically I just posed this to say.. "Go see it!! It was so funny.. Marc is a genius when it comes to Audience Management... Ah yeah.. I used my psychic powers at the roulette and made 200 dollars become 550 dollars. *g* So... all in all... that was a great trip, a great time, fantastic show... There hardly was anything I didn't like too much about the Country... Ok, I get this strange feeling in my tummy when I think about hamburgers or whatever is fried... (I used to love Onion rings.. got an overdose now...)... And I still can't figure out why they have to show some support our troops movie in Sea World(!) before a killer whale show starts(!!) , with 60% kids in the arena... but anyway, don't want to start any political discussion here! But it kind of bothered me... I missed David Copperfield's show... Although I'm not a huuuge fan... I would have loved to see his show live at least once in my life... but I can't have it all I guess... there were so many other things to do and see over there I got dizzyyyy... (I live in Switzerland... that's 7.5 million people... the whole country!) I was a bit disappointed by the magic shops though... couldn’t find anything special really. Maybe I just missed the good ones. Sooo... Just though I share this with you. And again... check out Mesmerized..., it's a really cool show, lots of laughing. Cheers, Carl |

Sea World loves to support the troops. They often let them into the parks for free, with their families too!

Hi again!
Yeah, they let them in for free.. but anyway, I don't think it's a good thing to mix up a theme park desinged mainly for kids with anything related to war and death. Just my opinion though. @Blindside785 There are many shows to see there.. I suggest you get a ticket for 2 days (that's just +5$ to the regular price) and see ALL of them. Don't miss the killerwhale show.. it's awesome |

Nothing wrong with being Patriotic. Sorry it bothered you. The attack on 911 hurt the amusment park business. They've lost billions of dollars. It is just now getting back to normal.

Hi Again
sorry for getting back only now, was just too busy at work. @Slim King I partially agree.. I find discussions about politics always interesting, to see the views of people living in a country having a totally different system. But anyway I don't want to keep this discussion here in the board since many people can get quite heated (am not talking about you and me). But I'd be happy to share some thoughts on this via PM if you like to. @All I just received the "Fun with Hypnosis" book to get more info on this subject.. allthough I honestly find it ridiculous to write something like "learn to hypnotise within 1 hour", I followed the advice of some Café members since it seems to give a good overview. Cheers Carl |
