This 13 page booklet is now being listed by Hocus Pocus. The ad states that it contains three effects by Jules Lenier: "The Act," "Mindability," and "I'll Get Them All." Can anyone offer any information about these routines?
Thank you for your help!

The word on the street in Los Angeles is this is improperly published and in violation of copyright.
The booklet is authored by David Eldridge. There appears to be some dispute as to whether or not he actually has the rights to publish the material. I have heard Jules gave all of his material to a shop David used to work at to republish, not to David himself.
That being said, if the material is in original Jules form, it should be great material. Jules is one of the great unknown minds of magic.

Pebkac,
Thank you for the info! It is curious that so little information is included in the blurb!!

I spoke to Jules directly on the telephone and he told me that I could do as I wanted with the material. So if some magicians have a problem with it I really don't care. The material was given to me directly and not to a shop that I worked in.

Some of us actually knew Jules as opposed to pretending to know Jules. If you were on such good terms with him that he would give you his livelihood, why did he spend more than the last year of his life trying to get his books back from you?
We know he tried because he told us on many occasions. Perhaps you will say he never asked you directly for his books back? He never gave them directly to you either.
Jules passed his material to RM then to TM then to you
(Initials used for the minor anonymity it will provide)
so they would be published by S***F**M****.com, not by you.
Maybe he couldn't contact you directly to get his books back. I know for a fact he contacted the other two people in the chain and I know at least one of them contacted you directly.
But, as you said

Much like you really didn't care when you repackaged an effect from REDIVIDER and attempted to sell it. You had the decency to pull that from production. Then again, that author wasn't dead and could speak for himself.

Andrew,
All the ad states is the title of the three included effects. (I started this thread because I wanted to know more about them!)

David,
Thank you for your response! Is there any more information available online? Also, have you finished your e-book on packet tricks?
