The routine is nothing incredible, it's just an example of a cute one you can do with patter. Although, it's a pretty useful DVD if you want to pack light and still put on a good show.

I thought his packs small kid's show was NOT very good. I just remember him yelling a lot and the magic was very so-so.
magicman845, if you're more whimsical and less serious then you NEED to get ALL the Charlie Frye DVDs. Most of his work is done to music and/or funny patter and he is NOT serious. However he does have SERIOUS chops. His outlook on magic certainly changed how I look at it. You won't be disappointed. In fact you'll probably come back looking to buy me a beer and take me out on a date. Sorry, I'm married. But I'll take the beer.

I know some will cringe at the idea of learning something so foreign to magic but I happen to know how to do audio editing via Cakewalk and it has helped me greatly. I don't actually compose music with it for my routines but I buy no license fees music and then edit to what my routine needs.
