Yes, those are very nice! I will probably get a few sets, but would still like to have some Bicycle back for those times when people are suspicious... jim

I did this for the first time about a week ago and now going on about 20.

Once you do it for people a few times, it gets great reactions.

This really is a great effect, I have always used Daryls Ultramonte but I needed some new cards so bought the ones that Card Shark supplies they are really nice. I would hoever like to see him produce a poker deck version as well.

Hi everybody. As I am moving from my flat to my new house I had to clean up my shelves and what did I find? A lot of Skinner sets (blue and red backs) that I printed on original Bicycle backs. But only the necessary gaffs as I thought that everyone has a spare 2 of clubs. So if you like I give them away for 5 US$ each (plus 3 US$ shipping if this is the only item you want to get).

For all of you who want to switch the Gypsy Monte cards into unsuspicious ones that can be examined: I printed some sets on my laser printer and can throw them in if someone wants them. But by now only two persons really wanted them. So just send me a mail or PM me.

I performed the effect in an informal situation and had the spectator grab the card right off the table. I think it had to do with my presentation on it. I can do the real 3 card monte moves and I have a color monte packet so I just pick the effect for my audience. If they look grabby, I'll do the real work. Often times I'll do all three as part of a psuedo gambling expose. Skinner 3 card monte is one of the very few gaffed effects I use.

Bill Malone has solved all problems imho, but I've never had a spec question the order(just don't point it out), marty martini has a great comedy routine he uses/used.(it's on the million dollar monte video)

If you shuffle the cards twice, the audience will notice that the cards are out of order. I suggest shuffling the cards three times. That's all.

I have also done Skinner's 3 Card Monte by reversing the order of cards any even number of times. In the booklet, it's suggested by Ron Bauer that if you reverse the cards four times, the cards will be the same order before the shuffle.

I just watched Bill Malone's 3CM presentation again. He shuffles three times on the first phase, but he only shuffles once on the second and third phases.

Being Bill Malone, there's a lot going on, so he gets away with shuffling only once during the last two phases of the trick.
