They are demo's only, not exposure and when I came across it long ago, I bought the book the very next day.

I don't know this guy at all, just happened on his channel when looking up Jack Parker while thinking about picking the book up.

Jack Parker's book is a beauty and the routines are really great.
when I read the "intro" I was really touched by the story.

with this book his legacy will still be in the minds of the readers.
