This is what I read in the beggining of my proffesional Day...that was lon long time ago....I studied the first edition of this.....Jim Pace Book is loaded with wealth of No BS material....
it helps me land on my first Retaurant gig......and this book is loaded with strong worker effect.....I love Jim's Opener when he approach the table, it is Quick and Flashy....So get this book.... and No I didn't know Jim Pace nor have monetary benefit of writing this |
