Vialis and those who posted comments at YouTube I thank you. Why? Because you all expect me to be an expert in everything and I'm not just like many of you are not. What we can do in a game we do and get the money, that's it. Individuals can alway post their best stuff so that they can look good but then how do you teach your other students who are not doing so well; like this. This is how we all start out at first looking stink but then when we eliminate the mistakes one by one the deal or whatever you're doing starts to look much better.
As embarrassing as it was to me to post my video because of how you all critique things I had to in order to get help and to help others. Yes I could have PM'd my middle deal champs and I believe that they would have helped me "but frankly dear Watson, when getting help, I don't give a *** and I don't care who I get help from." I'm just like all of you who sought me out and met me for help, I kept it real with ya'll. Likewise all the best cheats in the country look just like me in other areas of the gambling field so I don't have to be ashamed because this deal looks raggedy, I told ya'll that we all have our specialties and we do. For the record you all know what tells to look for and the sucker don't and for the know it all's, rhythm doesn't matter in gambling only to the magician. Even though the sucker is the person I'm trying to rob your advice is still much appreciated. Let me get back to practicing. Respectfully, Doc |

Doc, I think you should try to avoid opening the break as you deal, you can do that by beveling the cards with your thumb, your grip is very natural and it's the same as for that of your other deals and I believe that that is a major advantage.

One More Thing and I'm Not Making Any Excuses:
Due to the fact that I live in the city and we didn't have any heat for the last two days and it's a kind of cold I realized when practicing today that I couldn't do my other center deals as well. Students the cold will always effect your dealing ability especially when it's muggy. Even a magician have to moisten his hands before doing a coin trick when he's cold in order to grip or manipulate it better? Respectfully, Doc |

The cold makes my deals easier, when it's hot my cards get sticky so I prefer the cold when dealing.
Here the temperature is about 30-35 degrees so I guess I could use some cold. 8 |

The cold makes my second and bottom deal much easier to do but not my center. A used deck while doing a center is way preferable to a new one in my opinion. Note: Kennedy spoke on this as well.
Taken From "The Magician and the Cardsharp." Page 222 "...Like a true professional, Kennedy outlined the one drawback to his great masterpiece that he had been able to identify. Occasionally, he warned Vernon, two cards would come out instead of one. Kennedy said he had tried mightily to eliminate the danger, but he hadn't succeeded." "When Kennedy took (a) new pack to demonstrate in answer to Vernon's question, out popped two cards. An older deck worked better for the center, Kennedy explained." Doc |

Yeah, a lot easier to do bottoms and seconds with new decks but very, very difficult to do centers. I agree 100% doc.

I think one day someone will invent a gadget to help guys deal a perfect center card.

Frankly Doc you just don't have to justify anything on the reasons why you put this kind of "new" center deal preview. It seems as you're trying to justify yourself, being afraid to be bashed or I don't know what, as if you're fearing to be discredited. By who? By people who think you're the best in the world? By people who think you're the master cheat?
Every one has his own experience, his own life, his own knowledge and his own past. There's only one Steve Forte in the world, and there's only one Doc. And none of you both is the holly truth. If so, Steve Forte wouldn't be involved in the problems we all know, and you won't be broke as you're telling us. People should respect you for what you are, for both your knowledge and your flaws. This is not a condescending post, I don't expect anything in return, it's just my opinion, people who know me know that I'd always prefer going the hard way rather than ass kissing anyone. |

"It is a useless sleight." What do you mean Z?

Yep. I just thought you meant it wouldn’t any use even if you could deal undetectable centers.

Ron Conley's thread on the issue pretty much summed it up.

I remember Tony Giorgio giving his take on the subject in his "Genii letter" early 2003. He pretty much said the same thing has Forte, Conley and Z.

I do not know why Doc but going by the sound of the middles being dealt, I think your dealing them a bit too hard. I am guessing it would be better if the grip was a little lighter or something.

Tommy do you know how thick and stiff them cards were? Them cards were borderline plastic cards at best. No wonder you heard a lot of noise. This recorder on this iMac is good though. I'll put up something in a day or two, I'm writing and editing the videos now, it's just taking too long.
Take care, Doc |

Always love watching your work Doc and look forward to seeing anything your doing. In most games one would only need a card or two to get the money. With a large number of players one could first deal off a large number of cards to them, bringing the original center cards much closer to the top, and perhaps that would help to deal the centers, that is from a depleated deck.

Thanks Tommy and you are absolutely correct in your evaluation. What I will be showing won't be much better than the deal that I showed previously. Why? Because any center deal using the handling that we are using cannot to me be perfected. I hope that MagicKim don't make swallow my words. lol.
What I feel that the readers fail to realize is that we're only talking about 5-card stud and this will make the whole difference about the center deal of which it was made for. Doc |

You don’t use a sledge hammer to crack a nut as they say. Five Card Stud was the standard poker game that was played years ago and I played it for years. It’s a game that must have been created by a mechanic as its just perfect for cheating. One certainly didn’t need to resort to anything too fancy to get the money at that game. It would be wonderful to see it come back into fashion.
