Greetings...
I've tried searching for an answer to this issue, but alas, the issue itself is getting in the way! If I do a search, and don't find what I was looking for, and I enter new search criteria, I get a message that says: "Sorry, you cannot run a new search so soon after your last search was run. Please try again shortly." I am assuming there is some technical reason for this-- is searching a drain on server resources or something? Just curious as to why I can't do back-to-back searches, cause it gets kinda frusting when trying to do research. BTW- what is the "time out" for doing another search? How long should I wait before trying again? Thanks, Joe |

Thanks for the info. Search engine DOES put massive load on the servers. Two minutes between searches.
JN Hmmm.... how about offloading searches via external engine, like using GOOGLE to do site search? |

Today the searches seem to have a much shorter cool down period.
Magic is doing improbable things with odd items that, under normal circumstances, would be unnessecary and quite often undesirable.
