Has anyone had a chance to get Michael Ammar's latest effect "Backward In Time"? I would appreciate your thoughts on this. Thanks.

It is a nice trick but the print size type on the instructions is really fine small print. He does give you a website where you can print your own regular size instructions. It doesn't require any real sleight of hand and he gives you clear insructions on how to vanish the pieces and make a pocket card. A great value and packaged like in a CD case.I'd give it an 8 out of 10.

I wonder is there any on-line magic store has this demonstration?
It seems to be another 'torn and restored' card routine with gimmicks, which lower the routine difficulty compare with Guy Hollingworth's version as well as others. However my statement is simply base on ad on web, so please do not take it too seriously and anyone who got this item, please share with us.

Andrew,
Yes, you can absolutely hand out the card to spectators. It's designed to be a souvenir. I seem to have received 6. Somehow I thought I read there would be 12? I'm probably mistaken. I have blue backs, I'm unsure if they come in different backs. I haven't seen anywhere saying replacements would be available, but I imagine there ought to be. Although, when you work it out, it's like $2.50 each card when you buy the package, so now that I think about it, I doubt they'd sell refills any cheaper than that. My guess. Brian |
