Hi Guys,
What should I include in my promo kit for talent agencies. I have a DVD, Perhaps a promo picture/headshot Any other ideas on what should be included...? I know this has been spoken about before, but I am not sure if it has regarding talent agencies.... Thanks. |

An idea package I think would include:
-Attractive folder w/ logo or photo -Cover letter -Your Brochure -Business Card -Letters of Recommendation -List of Venues Played -Reprints of Press Clippings -2 8x10 photos -Promo DVD Of course if you don't have it all, you can't include it all. Its function is to build credibility, present a realistic idea of what you do, and demonstrate why you are a different/desirable option. Magically, Walt |

Here are a couple other ideas that are important to agents,
1, You are available, don't make the mistake of trying to impress the agent with how busy you are, if he believes you he won't call and if he doesn't............... 2. Be easy to contact Gil Scott |
