A few times I did not get exactly what I ordered by mail. The item is a similar, but not the exact item.

Usually a few more polite emails and a harsh phone call will work!

There was once I ordered something from magicbox.uk and they sent something different from advertise, I emailed them twice but still no response, so I just though so be it. I never ordered from them again so far.

There was another case from alakazam, where I ordered a lot of stuffs, and they drop two extra free items in for me...not sure if it was complimentary or accidental . I was happy, so I continue to buy from them
