I use my jacket/pants pockets to carry all my stuff I also have joshua jay pro carrier forthe belt loop that I keep my Great Game deck and coins . I keep a Lineman's bag ( $16 Home depot) in a secure location for restocking stuff.

I don't use a table but had a good friend fill in for me at one of my restaurants and he used a table. The feedback from the wait staff is that it was always in the way.
