Hi Docc...greetings from Pittsburgh.
I believe you are well versed (or at least well read) in the Stanislavski Method. What is it about the Stanislavski method that helps a performer (magician/mentalist/or otherwise) take their craft to the next level? What books/resources would you be comfortable recommending? You know I love you Pitts guys. The Actor Prepares is the classic. I also really like the practical muscle memory techniques of Michal Checkof's To the Actor. Still, Our Magic is the foundation text for performance. |
