I'm headed to Marc DeSouza's house tonight.
He has one that I saw in his private room. I'll ask him which version it is and get back to you. I've also seen Rich Baccare use this particular version and it works like a charm. Very well made.

Yep. The can of worms opens...............
Joe Givan's gumball is the one for me. I use it with Wolf's Ring Grinder.

I know that this has always been a contraversial topic, but ALL that aside, here is one person's, real-world opinions...MINE!
Here's what I can tell you. 1). Lumball Machine: This was the very first Machine that I ever purchased. Failsafe!!! Looks & works GREAT! The ONLY problem was I just personally didn't care for the loading gimmick. I am just not that bold! Other than that, an Awesome Unit! 2). Collector's Workshop Gumball: This one seems hit or miss! I have heard countless stories of these getting jammed up during a show. I have friends that own them and some LOVE them and have never had problems, however I can equally say there are friends of mine that have not had the same luck. Test drive before you buy I guess. I can tell you that I think the overall method for loading on this one, is one of the best out there! 3). Joe Givan's Gumball: This one I have not had the pleasure of playing with. I WANT to, just haven't had the chance yet! I can say that I have NEVER heard a negative thing about one of these though. 4). Sterlini's RINGO: I currently own this one and it works like a champ. The loading method is VERY Clever! It opens at the time of loading and then closes back up automaticaly. You can stare right at the closed gimmick and it looks perfectly normal. It is hidden using a natural design of the machine itself. Well there you have it. Let it be known I am NOT affiliated with, or taking kickbacks from ANY of the makers of these machines! I am just a regular magic consumer. Again these are just MY OWN personal opinions, take them as you will. =Frank=

Is Joe Givan the creator of this trick? He vanished the whole machine as his finale in the TV show. Does anyone do this too?

Hey guys -
After researching these I bought Joe Givan's machine. After about three months of routining / tweaking, it finally made its debut last night at a private event. All I can say is that it absolutely killed. I haven't played with the other versions in person, but what I do know about the Givans is that it works beautifully, looks good, and is designed in a way that mechanically it can't go wrong (which for me is very important). Really happy with this one. Best, JB |

You can probably get it from Joe himself at the above link. Tell him I say hello...

There is another high quality version called Gumball Magi-chine by Buzz Lawrence. I started caring it in the beginning of the year, and it has had rave reviews from customers. They all love the quality and clever delivery system.
