Hi,
We all know you got a ton of great material released so I was wondering if when you are performing a paid gig do you use your own material or do you also like to include other creators stuff when performing?
If so... who's material do you find performing the most often.

Excellent question.
I travel light to most strolling gigs. I don't carry a close up case, just load up my coat.
I usually carry these effects and props:
Normal deck with either Loophole or Sudden Impact in the box.
Fresh Mint
Four halves and a sh*** for coins across
Space Saver
Red Hot Prediction (or perhaps another gaffed deck)
Business cards for predictions & mind reading
Appearing Sharpie
One or two packet tricks in a wallet (usually whichever ones I happen to be working on at the moment) and Cagey or Space Available gimmicks.
A few Rehab gimmicks
Rope
Sponge balls
And that's pretty much it. All of that stuff actually takes up very little space. I always have Extreme Burn, my Exchange Rate trick and Heirloom Redux in my wallet so those are no-brainers. So it's really a combo of my own stuff and other people's. Obviously, the props and routines occasionally change depending on what I'm working on. But I like to keep it fairly simple.

Cameron! Even though I just joined the Café', Welcome! I will miss those good times at Daytona when I worked next to you. I still want to get that "Twister" (?) trick.
Hope to see you soon again....Michael (the one with the wands & coin boxes)

Hello Cameron! It is awesome to have you as the Guest of Honor. I love and use Fresh Mint constantly! I truly believe it is one of the most powerful effects you can do with a borrowed bill. Thank you for sharing your line-up with us. It's always interesting to hear what your favorite magicians perform in the "real world". Quick question... You mentioned that you use an appearing sharpie. I'm always on the lookout for a good appearing and/or vanishing sharpie effect. Currently, I use a vanishing sharpie I made up myself with an el****c p**l. I really am interested in an appearing one, though. Is this something you created? Thank you Cameron!

Aaron,
I think Cameron is refering to his effect which appeared on volume 2 of "The Omega Mutation".
Cameron showed me this a couple of years ago and it's really wonderful. Great way to produce your Sharpie!

Forgot about that! Thanks!
BTW, I have a cool business card printing effect in the December issue of Genii. David should be putting the demo up soon.
