Is it as good as the Video demo? I see it is available on the big auction site.

It IS a VERY good trick. Magico Japan sells it on Ebay for a reasonable price I think. I perform it a lot and the audience is very enthousiast. And it is easy to do

Thanks. What I plan to do it open the routine with it, then follow it up with the routine Mike Close calls "Ring Fright" using a borrowed ring and the "Just IN Case" to finish. To see a demo of Just IN Case, go to http://www.petebiro.com and look at videos.

Killertweety--is it easy enough for hobbyists that don't do sleights? thanks

That's me, Samdam, a hobbyist that can't do sleights
And yes, it is easy. Of course you can make it a bit more complicated but 'real' sleights are not required. I took it out of the package, looked at it, found out the secret and was performing for my wife in 5 minutes. And if I can do that, ANYONE can do it, trust me If you want to perform it like the guy in the demo you'll have to memorize some moves with the rope, but even that is very easy to learn. Another 'magic move', not shown in the demo movie, is you let a person hold the ring into her or his hands, 'throw' the rope at it and it's attached |

I was so impressed with the Fantasma Ring Scape that I found it and bought it for $14.99 + shipping from :
http://www.fortune3.com/eTrickShop/Gener......ic-.html A number of sites I looked at were out of stock and none were listed on ebay. |

I got it and tried it out on a few guys at the Magic Castle last night and the reactions were great. Got a good story line about getting the brass ring when riding merry go round... When hanging and swinging to and fro I say, You are now being hypnotized... etc. Can use it as the old gag sex detector too.

Wow ive had these for years in my shop, there just now making it big everywhere else. Im going to pull one out here just a sec, just want to see who made it...well its from morrisseys magic but its called ring off and god these been sitting around since id say 2003. Well I did learn a few things with it myself over the years including a one hand drop off the finger link, placed in the hand have the spectator tie the ends to the back of your hand then the ring appears in your pocket. If anyone like to know the handling pm me ill try my best to walk you threw it. Enjoy it I know its on my favs, infact I use to lace the one I had on my shoe then actually take it off during performance it kinda added that extra something to it I guess, not to mention the jokes about my feet smelling...LOL.

Hmmm I had a routine posted but it vanished... I guess it gave away too much. Well, I'll put it in my next book.

I just ordered the Fantasma version 'cuz I like the shoe lace they supply better than the Tenyo one. I also am using the 'BRASS' ring from Dean's Box...

Just got the Fantasma version... I like the lace and it is longer, which makes more sense for certain ideas I have.

Five Below which is a store here in the U.S. that sells things for $5.00 or less had the Fantasma version last year (probably as a close out or overstock item) for $3.00. So, I bought two of them. The wonderful thing about the Fantasma version is that they give you two laces. So, you can do a "laces through arm or neck effect" using the same principle as "ropes through body." And if you are using a smaller child (i.e. at a birthday party), many of them have a small enough waist to allow you to do a "laces through body" effect using the Fantasma version. So, you can do a lot more with the Fantasma version that just the tried and true ring on rope routine.
