Hi Mr. Biro. I'd like to know what some of your favorite strolling/walk around effect you like perfoming or performed. I have three that I like more than any others, one being an effect that you tipped in Genii, which is the bat trick. I get several good reactions from just the one routine. The other two being the mismade dollar, and borrowed nickel or quarter thru pants pocket routine.

Well you chose a good one in the Bat trick. I've been doing that for maybe 20-30 years. My other favorite is the Copper/Silver with a Morgan Dollar a real small size penny that changes to a Jumbo Penny the size of the dollar. I also like the Poker Chip Surprise, which is a version of Connie Haden's double copper/silver but with poker chips.

Thanks for the reply. I was seeing what else I could work on that works for you is why I was asking really. Appreciate it. Yes the bat is a good one and definately my favorite. It leaves people perplexed.
I also do a hopping half routine with final load usually being whatever it is I would be doing next, usually a nice marble blue die for some card magic or else some other small prop. Usually the die though because it eases me into doing some card stuff rather than just bringing out a deck of cards. I use the die for nothing more than choosing a participant from a group of spectators rolling for a high number. |
