You should be able to get it at your local shop or online anywhere. You can even put it together yourself if you know what's going on. The key is to have the blacks or reds be of the same type of gimmick so that you're able to perform the "Dr. Daley's Last Trick" portion of the routine. Otherwise it's just printing then going back to blanks. The additon of the middle phase really makes it a complete routine.

Factory Misprints is published in his book Commercial Magic and is on one of Ammar's ETMCM DVDs.
Don't know if the cards are still included. This version doesn't have the Dr. Daly ending. the new version is on JC's International Magic Lecture DVD (no cards included). You can also buy it as a separate manuscript with the cards. http://www.jcwagnersmagic.com/neweffects.html
