I agree with the above posters about Felix's ideas. They definitely enhance the effect and will increase the likelihood of a completely successful outcome. Moreover, there is not trade off for the improvements. Well done.

Thank you Felix. I already dealt the cards face up to make it more convincing and for an easier set up, but your method makes it even more convincing.

Hi All, Received Nicolino's PDF on 13/06 and then went on holiday for a week then to a family event. I used his ideas and really wowed the family with the improved system IMO. As I don't normaly use S* S******S, I'm a memorised deck man myself, I'm keeping Nicolino's ideas for when performing CAANDY.

Thanks for sharing Felix.

I just read through Nicolino's ideas and he delivered a generous contribution with a well written handling and a more polished one. Chris is owed much for his concept and thinking. It's pretty devious and THANK YOU Chris! Nicolino makes it seem more straightforward and more amazing to the spectator(s). The suggested setup I've yet to try, but seems like a great idea.

THANK YOU Felix for your wonderful ideas with this. You've taken it another notch up the ladder...well a few notches. Nice work.

I really like CAANDY. What a nice routine! I was eager to know what Nicolino added as modifications, send him an email and already got it in my mailbox. I can recommend his pdf, it gives you some nice and interesting suggestions. Thanks Nicolino!

I personally highly recommend Nicolino's refinement of CAANDY. It simply level up the astonishment this great card trick already provided.

Thanks to nicolino for sharing his pdf of the supplement handling of CAANDY.
It adds another wonderful twist to this routine.
I just wonder how many others who received the pdf have used his example of card layout for their own setup as I have.
This is powerful magic.

REceived Nicolino PDF. Very well thought out refinements. I have used the SS stack and have the spectator dealing face up. The interest is not on the cards dealt but on the counting so, so far nobody has noticed the stack. It hasn't been mentionned yet (if I'm not mistaken)but I think a false shuffle done right up front is beneficial to this routine (although I suppose most of you have thought of it).

I recently purchased this and I think this has become my new favorite ACAAN effect! What really "made" the routine for me was a little modification I made. I changed the "Create a card card" to "Create a card apparatus", or "C.A.C.A." for short. I get some good comedy mileage out of it.
I also really enjoyed the humor in the video.
Nice work, Chris!
Thx.
KJ.

Is anyone still using this card at any number effect?

With a simple change, this is possible, so I just thought I'd share. It's pretty easy for magicians in the know to figure out, but it might be an interesting variation for you to try:
