I got Micro Psychic from there, seems to be genuine although it was considerably cheaper. Definitely not genuine - they don't sell a single genuine product to my knowledge.

Well I did have an internal contact issue with it, but after solving that it's worked fine and looks perfect externally. Oh I don't doubt you can find something that works on occassion - but I think it's important to support the original creators and these guys have shown they are only interested in copying other people's hard work. They won't be getting any more of MY money, that's for sure! I had bought several things for BOR sales. Got some D'Lites, appearing wands, etc. NOTHING was very good quality and the D'Lites in particular looked like little alien see-thru fingers. They were HORRIBLE! Haha. Oh well, live and learn.

This is the most baffeling version of all:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gU0b2E9UZro It's a compilation of Cyril Takayama's matrix performances from the streets to stage to tv shows etc.. I wish I can create this illusion the anywhere anytime version or buy it. But all the other versions must contain a base covered. Here is an illusion plan I found for the illusion but I have no idea about it. http://zmagicc.webs.com/levitationsgonewild.htm Check it out and may you please tell me is this the illusion you are talking about ? If anyone has any illusion plans about this illusion or ideas (the anywhere anytime version) or knows any illusion builder that can build me it, please contact me by PM'ing me. Thank you. |

I have been looking for a while at the different manifestations of this suspension/levitation whatever you may call it. I came across this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IhKWY6ROWcA
It appears as though when he is performing for the dancers in a very short shot there is no base. In the clip he moves 'Freely' away from his full lean position with both legs. He then limps off. I have not seen this version anywhere else. One which does not require a base and is entirely self contained. Does anyone know who this version was created by and if it is for sale. Waterstash |

Well I'm still on my quest wishing to perform this illusion that way haha. The video above was performed the same way by Cyril I believe.

Sorry Danny Cole created nothing
in 1998, Johann Lorbeer publish this effect on his website http://johanlorbeer.com/still-life-performances/ and the video: http://johanlorbeer.com/still-life-perfo......e/video/ And the system to attach shoes in live existed in patents from 1913. Chris

I think it is pretty obvious that Danny Cole's version and Johann Lorbeer's version are 2 different things both in effect & method.
Johann version is simular to the version The great Rameses performed 100 years ago. |

In Danny's version he can walk around & even lift one leg while sitting on his 'invisible chair' Johan can't move and both legs need to stay on the ground. Your example is the same as saying that the old indian fakir street levitation is the same as Jim Steinmeyer's Pole levitation which we all know is not correct. indian fakir street levitation: http://www.rovinginsight.org/library/ima......sion.jpg Jim Steinmeyers Pole levitation: http://www.zigmont.com/levsm.jpg On a photo they might look the same but both in effect & method they are very different. |

I recently came across this video. It looks totally clean and performer switches his legs also and that too on skateboard.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nrWYCs2tTk Is this different kind of presentation from things discussed so far? Can we buy such kind of product? |

Has anyone written an article on the history of this "Matrix" stage illusion? I'm curious to know where Danny Cole's version figures into the history of this family of suspension illusions (Fakir, Ethereal, etc).
