Baby Eli arrived last night at 9:54 PM. After hours of labor and hell Heather had to go through, we eventually had to get a C-section. Weighing in at 8 pounds 1.3 oz and 22 inches long (sorry Brits, have no time for metric conversion right now). Working on a webpage to put on my site, in the meantime here's a few video clips I put on YouTube.

Nah, Eli has turd it... a few times already. Quite messily I may add. I have been called the swaddle king, Heather is recovering... they cut a bit close to one of her tattoos. Otherwise things are progressing well. We get to take everyone home tomorrow. Next week the mohel will perform the bris so he looks like daddy. Funny note: when the docs were pulling him from her belly they did the ol' finger & toe count, they exclaimed loudly "TWO NIPPLES"... ah, little do they know.....

Just know that the biggest years of a child's development are zero to three years old. So you've got lots of reading stories ahead. Maybe some of the original Brother's Grimm
(Actually just found out that my boss's mother used to read the original unedited versions and really scared the kids but she did explain that they were just stories) Congrats. |
