No need for a link. It is right here on this forum. Just go down to the section entitled "The Buffet". Then click on "From The Wizards Cave by Bill Palmer".
Lots of great info. Read the headings and check out the ones that you feel may help. Lots of great insight here. Believe me it is not just for beginners.
