Do you think that ACAAN number would be too strong of an effect as an opener?
I was thinking about "weighing the cards". at one end it may be yawn producing, but at other times, ive seen great reactions. any other ideas for openers into a memdeck act would be great. |

HI mnemonist
I would personally open with Simon Aronson's Invisible Card using a Mdeck. It's in Simon's Try the Impossible P 175. It's relatively easy, quick and really produces a very good reaction. It's one I always use for starting a Mdeck set. All the best Michael J |

Yea I had that in mind...i know the effect...but with a more serious approach. maybe making the card appear in a wallet or producing it from my pocket.thanks for your comment

The thing about ACAAN as an opener is that it's really too involved. With any opener, you're trying to grab the audience's interest and begin introducing your character. ACAAN is really too involved for that.
