How does being a full-time busker affect the family? What do you do to keep your family first. It seems difficult when busking can require a long time on the road, away from home.
What is your advice for potential buskers that have a family at home that are constantly wondering if you're safe, healthy, making an income, when you'll be back, etc.

Family first...always....when I left my real job and hit the streets I had 3 small children. And of course money was key BUT theres also 3 little boys that play basball and football and need a dad...well I was always there....i put that stuff first and never missed anything...i would work when they were,n't doing those things that are important to them....

today my youngest son is the starting qb on a college football team and I took off 4 months so I could watch...FAMILY FIRST
