Sorry about this, I didn't know what subject to squeeze it into. I'm trying to get some clips up on my site but I don't know how to compress them without loosing quality. They are filmed with a webcam.

To get even more compression, instead of using the Intel codec as that link suggested, substitute the Divx codec (http://www.divx.com) at about 300kbits.

the divx is good compression, but many people don't have it. I like quicktime or real.
