Hey guys,
I wrote a book, and it's free. Take the time to read what it is before you request though, just to make sure it's what your looking for. It's all very simple, but I've been enjoying myself immensely with the ideas in it. I've been working lately on two reading systems that I developed: AD&D QA A question answering system and reading system. One variation let's you pretty much answer any question as well as give insight into what lead to the situation, what's going on now and future resolutions and/or challenges. Another variation let's you give a pretty in depth analysis of your sitter and/or their life right now and/or a situation they want more information about. There are other variation ideas you can work on too. SORTILICIOUS I posted the beginnings of this sortilege system in INNER THOUGHTS a while ago. A few people seemed interested. This is another reading system with a similar basis as AD&D QA, but looks cooler and can give much more insight into a sitters life and situation. It can easily be aesthetically adapted to any style you may desire. Just a little while ago I gave a 20 minute reading using sortilicious (I had to cut it short). Only the "stones," not even a casting area and it went very well. RITUAL This is unnecessary, but I have a page of ideas for putting a reading into a ritual context. This is obviously not necessary, but for some private readings or some bizarre performances it might be useful. I also offer an outline of a ritual procedure as I might use it. !!!WARNINGS!!! I'm offering a free ebook of two ideas that I am working on. Because it's free, you need to understand: -i didn't take the time to explain the basics of readings in general. If you are not familiar with numerology you will need to learn some. -there will probably be grammatical errors. -It's not completely finished. It IS completely workable, but I'm learning more and having new ideas every day. I almost sat down and wrote out a half a dozen more ideas but I changed my mind. All the basics are layed out and if you play with it a bit you'll make your own discoveries, that's half the fun!!! -Lastly, if you like it please let me know. ----EDIT----: WAIT! don't e-mail me! I was going to have everyone e-mail me or PM me, but I changed my mind. I have no idea if anyone will be interested, but on the off chance that more than a few are I don't really want to e-mail it out a whole bunch of times. ...Give me a few hours and I'll see if I can post the .pdf on an old website I used to have.

Okay, got it:
http://themagicguy.webs.com/magian1/Two%20Thoughts.pdf Even thought it's very short it's 4.1 MB, which seems larger than it should be. So it might take a bit to open, but it's there. As I mention in the book, my camera (my wife's actually) hasn't been uploading to the computer so I don't have any pictures of my actual sets. We may have solved the camera issue; if so I might make a small "supplement" with pictures of the symbols I use, the sets I've made and a new casting variation of AD&D QA that combines the two main variations. Enjoy Courtney

Thanks so much
I just talked to the woman I did a reading for two days ago. She is still talking about how much she enjoyed the reading (it was using sortilicious) and how helpful it's been in her life and for her thought process. Makes me think about a certain other thread about therapeutic effects of reading. Ah well. I have a short supplement that I'll try to write tonight or tomorrow. It will have pictures of my sets and symbols as well as my latest method of using AD&D QA, which I actually like quite a bit. There are two variations of this variation, one uses a variation of Enrique Enriquez' "Invisible Tarot" which I obviously won't be explaining; but I'll tell enough for you to figure it out if you have that wonderful book (which everyone should!).

My tendonitis is inflamed so I will try to avoid the computer for the next week or so (if I can). So, no supplement.
Two quick ideas on the elemental AD&D QA: --ONE-- Cast each die in elemental order (Earth, water, air fire, spirit) and place them one at a time on the appropriate point of an imagined (or drawn out) pentagram. A fifth die (I use a speckled orange one), or a set of three dice, can be thrown in the center to answer a specific question or address a specefic situation --TWO-- Cast the five as above. The center of the pentagram is now appropriate for the sitter's hand in a version of Enrique Enriquez's "Invisible Tarot" -At the place for the number, let it be a three digit number -Or you could just do the standard Invisible Tarot, no reason not to. The 5 dice would act as an expanded lesser arcana (with an extra suit for spirit) and IT completes it. --Lastly-- I really like the "Vascal system" for the elemental version(s) of AD&D QA. If you don't have it I recommend it. EDIT: for those that don't know, these are the appropriate points for the elements on the pentagram: http://www.thewhitegoddess.co.uk/the_ele......acle.jpg
