Miracle Mat - Card & Coin Hold Outs
Just received the Miracle Mat from bobsolarimagic.com you can see it on his websight. This close-up pad has slots that will allows the performer to produce regular coins, jumbo coins, and cards in a very magical fashion. The surface (pad) of the mat is plush, soft and black. I say soft as it is perfect for picking up coins in a matrix type routine yet it is firm too.It is a pleaure to work on with cards or coins. The hold out slots are well placed and do exactly what you would want them to do, perfect for coins, jumbo coins and cards. The entire board is light yet sturdy and has 4 rubber feet on the bottom which raises it just slightly. Overall I am completely satisfied with this purchase and highly reccommend this for any and all close up work.It is currently priced at just $54.95 and I have seen similiar boards as this sell for 2 or 3 times this amount.Take a look. You will nort be disappointed. |

It was time to replace my close up pad, so I went looking for something that was good and different.
I found it here at http://bobsolarimagic.com/shop/index.php......t_id=428 it is called the Miracle Mat, it has a card hold out that will hold a block of up to 13 cards. This is a nice feature that will come in very handy. There is also a 3" coin hold out built in which I know I will find very useful. Then what will really be helpful is the coin hold outs that will hold up to 4 dollars in half dollars. The construction of this close up pad is very nice with a soft cushion velvet top a silver band accent and four rubber feet to stabilize the mat when placed on the table. What I really like is that I can have the holdouts loaded before I come to the table and no one can see them. This makes everything look more magical when it is produced during my routine. I like thread work and the Miracle Mat has all of the qualities I need for anchor points and Hiding what I need hidden. I ordered the Miracle Matt from The Bob Solari Magic Company, I was very happy to have received it two days later, that was great service. I am very happy with the Miracle Mat and recommend it for all coin and card workers. Also it looks like Bob Solari has upgraded and updated his website since the last time I was there, check it out here http://bobsolarimagic.com/shop/index.php?route=common/home Chris |

This is ingenious, well made and well worth the price. I got it over a year ago to use with a David Regal effect, and for a jumbo coin production at the end of a coin assembly without going to the body. Works perfectly.
Now appearing nightly in my basement.

Dean Dill sells one http://www.deandill.com/pads.html it's $220 but you get a routine with the pad.

Is the routine worth the extra $170.00?

Anyone know if the slots fit silver dollar in depth and width? How many of those are on the mat? Hard to believe they show an insert but don't say half or dollar . . . . appreciate the help here!
