I just saw an ad for the Tom Palmer/Tony Andruzzi/Masklyn ye Mage book and I'd like to read an objective review before spending $83 on it. Anybody read this yet?

I have the book. If you are familiar with -- or a fan of -- Tony Andruzzi (a.k.a. Tom Palmer and Masklyn ye Mage) then this book is for you. It contains much heretofor unknown/unrevealed information about one of the most uniquely imaginative and creative minds in magic.
Highly recommended.

BTW, the author's name is Jim Magus, not Jim Mangus.
