Anyone hear of this?

So.... there is new evidence? I loved it when Patricia Cornwell made a documentary claiming Jack the Ripper was actually Walter Sickert. Most convincing. But hey. RK's Genii avatar could pass for PC in a nightclub. At a distance. On drugs.
